Online Sales Concierge

Department: Homes Sales Team
Location: West Des Moines, IA

The online sales concierge will manage Hubbell Homes’ online sales initiatives. This position will respond to, qualify, and manage the leads and customer requests for new homes. Schedule will vary and requires evening and weekend hours. Compensation is based on an hourly rate plus a commission on all appointments confirmed and fulfilled in addition to a flat rate bonus on each home sale originating from the concierge’s lead.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responds to all emails, voicemails, LiveChats, sales line, and phone leads within one hour of receipt.
  2. Builds rapport, trust, and sets buyer expectations.
  3. Qualifies the leads based on needs.
  4. Provides consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the on-site, new home specialist/assistant.
  5. Provides information and marketing material to prospects.
  6. Works with the prospect to determine the best community and floorplan.
  7. Utilizes lead-management software.
  8. Creates and delivers ongoing email campaigns.
  9. Tracks and reports on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
  10. Monitors website content.
  11. Additional responsibilities as needed.

Special Requirements

· Two years of sales and/or marketing experience

· Customer focused and personable

· Proven email and phone communication skills

· Sales contact management database experience

· Mastery of Office, Excel, and Word

· Extreme attention to detail, consistency, and quality

· Solid organizational, planning, and managing skills

· Maintains focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision

· Ability to multi-task and manage time well

· Must be able to learn and follow proven sales processes

· After-hours work and weekend work is required

· Strongly motivated
