Duties and Responsibilities

• Weeding landscape beds, planting landscape plants, minor tree trimming, trimming bushes, mulching, watering sod, and general grounds trash pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness of work site.
• Minor maintenance work, and may include painting, power washing buildings, decks, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Special Requirements

• Work schedule is flexible but basic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Potential to work up to 40 hours per week depending on requirements of the manager and needs at the development.
• Must have the use of a dependable vehicle, a valid Iowa drivers license and basic insurance covering the vehicle that will be used for the work.
